How can I restrict user access to the application?

At the moment, you can only prevent users from accessing the application by using Groups.

In the Installation page, the first field is named "Authorized User Group". This is a mandatory field.

Only users belonging to the given group will be able to display the application.

We recommend you create a new Group specifically for the app, such as "SAP" or "SAP Transport":

1. Navigate to Admin / User Management / Groups;
   
   
2. Click "Create New Agent Group";
   
   
3. Enter a Name and assign the users with access to the app;
   
   
4. Click Save;
   
   
5. Look at the URL and copy the ID between /groups/ and /edit
   
   
6. Go back to the installation page and paste the ID in the field.
