What is included in the marketplace app price?

The marketplace licensing gives you the right to use the application for a set number of users. All invoicing is managed directly by Freshworks.

You will also receive a short document explaining how to enable the standard SAP functions that are necessary for the app to run.

In case of a bug, feel free to contact our support team. We reserve the right to categorize any request as being an improvement request.

At any time, you can book our support or consulting paid services. We strongly recommend larger customers to do so.

Our paid services are the following:

• Implementation services starting @2,500USD. Fixed Bid.
  
  
• Hourly support @180USD. Minimum chargeable of 3 hours.
  
  
• Prepaid bank of hours @TBD. Minimum chargeable of 15 hours per month.
